Is this the norm for all the Guardians to help at each inauguration? Did they help with President Obama's in 2008 or President W Bush in 2000? I just can't tell if this is the norm or not for each inauguration. Rallypoint please help me on this.

I am thinking that there won't be much in the way of protesters in SD; it is real cold outside there in January.
