S. Korea fires missiles in drills amid standoff with North

Someone earlier pointed out to me that the ROKs are fully armed. I always understood them to be a volatile state under total supervision by the US with respect to their arsenal.

Watch the north say that attack from South Korea is imminent and they are going to Nuke South Korea over this missile test. They can dish it out but they can't take it. Kim fatty the third is a tyrannical Pillsbury Doughboy or Stay Puft Marshmallow Man.
