PO2 Dunlap, I would suggest you might wish to reread the above article. This was a "sting", it stated he was under the impression he was communicating with a 15 y/o girl. He even brought gummi bears to the supposed meeting with this alleged 15 y/o.
The way I interpret the wording of the article, there was no 15 y/o girl, it was a setup.
