LTC Stephen C., your salute for COL Pratt. I'm sorry about the sound, but the drenching rain caused my phone and my oxygen concentrator to start messing up. So, I apologize for the quality of the film and sound, as well as my shaking and swaying during the salute, but those things happen when I have to come off of my oxygen.

SGT Michael Thorin Your salute for Col. Pratt was so endearing, I couldn't hold back tears watching this. God bless you for honoring him in such a way on behalf of LTC Stephen F. May God continue to watch over & bring comfort to his loved ones who mourn his passing every day.
