LTC Stephen C., your salute for COL Blackmon. I'm sorry about the sound, but the drenching rain caused my phone and my oxygen concentrator to start messing up. So, I apologize for the quality of the film and sound, as well as my shaking and swaying during the salute, but those things happen when I have to come off of my oxygen.
Still, your friends were well taken care of, and a dime was left as a testimony that you were there in thoughts.
