PO1 William "Chip" Nagel thanks for he post, I have heard of these stories, I work at Cheatham Annex with a bunch of Seabees, Retirees and Sailors and the stores are legendary.

Sure puts the Quality of Life of Mexican Ex-Pats living in this county and sending money home.

Here they are called "Illegals" most places I visited as a Sailor the Preferred Term was Ex-Pats, Ex-Patriots, Folks that went outside their country to make more money to send it home. Most places I hung out with Filipino Ex-Pats and although I never mastered the Tagalog Language I consider myself Honored in my Relationship with Filipino Ex-Pats.
