San Diego flashing lights mystery finally has an explanation

It'd be exciting to find UFO's were involved. But, many years of training exercises off SOCAL lends credence to the CG. Recall that we had to move OTH to employ SuperRBOC as the onshore winds blew chaff onto power lines. Shorts, sparkles and blowing transformers followed. While we experimented with WireFree Comms to replace SP phones on ships going thru RefTra, civilians onshore were picking up the signals and firing up the media with tales of burning ships, vampires, skunks, bogies, bent spears, and broken arrows, oh my!!

Don't some naval ships have banks of lights like that? And it is off San Diego . . .
