Hmmm.... The letter is not flattering.... but, these guys are retired. Someone help me understand why this would really matter.

COL Charles Williams maybe they will bring them back to face courts martial or maybe this is just sending a message to the fleet that this BS is not acceptable.

I am sure this had them shaking in their boots. Had he gone for something else he might have brought them back on active duty for a courts martial, then it would of said something.
