If you want to be secret squirrel, don't put stupid shit on the internet. You know. A public repository of not secrets.
This could be legitimate, and the perpetrators deserve consequences.
But in this day and age, there is a distinct possibility that this is a false flag conducted by those who would like to further a narrative.
So let's let the facts come out, and go from there.

Sorry but I don't see the "so what" factor here. Have any Border Patrol agents been tied to this group and/or it's posts? Or is this just incomplete reporting being pushed out to make people think the Border Patrol is full of heartless/racist people?
