I just finished watching the Rio Police Chief in a news conference. It doesn't look good.
At least one security guard pointed a gun at American Olympic star Ryan Lochte and three other swimmers during a controversial gas station stop that was originally cast as a robbery by the Olympic quartet, police said during a Thursday news conference.

In Years Past there was some sort of Rules of Conduct and each of the members of the Olympic team had to sign and follow them... and getting drunk and doing stupid shit was one of the fastest ways to get sent Back to the World on the Next Thing smoking...
the 88' Olympics had them ... even the support personnel had to sign them...
A buddy of mine was in support element for the shooters and he could not even go out for a Beer... with grown Ups... If you call SF and AF Security Grown Ups... ;-)
