What proven Russian hack? Here is another way to save taxpayer money, make NPR pay their own way or go the way of the highway.

1SG(P) (Join to see) - If that is how you interpret what he said, I'm good with that.

It's how I'm interpreting your statement. But I guess with the incoming administration, the role of intelligence now is to confirm bias:

Wow talk about being distracted by bright shiny baubles. I am stunned that everyone's focus is on the source of the emails and no one's focus is on the substance of the emails.

1SG(P) (Join to see) - I did. I am speaking of the overall response, the fascination this subject holds.

I have heard no credible denial of the authenticity of the leaked/slashed emails.
I have heard no credible evidence that the Russians altered the vote counts as cast by American voters.

So, American voters cast their votes based on accurate information and the big story is "Russia Helped Trump" or "Russia Torpedoed Clinton" I see no qualitative difference between those headlines and these; "Mainstream Media Helped Clinton" or "Mainstream Media Torpedoed Trump". If the information, that helped or hurt a candidate, is true, the source is irrelevant. Somehow, some way the truth will out.

If I killed my wife, does it matter that the evidence that convicted me is provided by a burglar that broke into my house, and then made an anonymous call to the police.

Are you surprised that a foreign power would try to covertly and overtly influence the outcome of our elections? Do you think we have not and do not attempt to covertly or overtly influence foreign elections?

When I was on active duty and in the IRR, I always endeavored to conduct my life as if it was being filmed and that that film would be shown to my Marines, my peers, my seniors, my family and the American public. If you are doing something that doesn't past that test, should you really be doing it?

Sir, thanks for listening before commenting. This occurrence is disconcerting regardless of intent or for which candidate one votes. What concerns me is that the incoming administration could easily show concern for national security regarding this without impugning DJT's legitimacy because there's no established connection between his campaign and the hackers. Instead, they're in denial that it could have even happened.
