Loads and loads of Muslims reported him. I have respect for those who serve, but this is a massive communication and intelligence breakdown, and I hope a deep investigation patches all of their holes to prevent this from ever happening again.

I am amazed at just how fast the Intelligence Industry and media can send all this information out to the public and apparently seems to have a Watch List shared with different countries. Very good article.
