This is more liberal drivel on gun control. I purchased a weapon online. The selling entity had to be an FFL at a minimum. The person I had to ship it to was an FFL. They could not send it directly to me... because THAT is AGAINSt the LAW. They have to exchange information to properly fill out and file paperwork on BOTH of their ends and report it. Now, unless you have two PALS working together in multiple states, doing this knowingly on the illegal side of the highway - this article is BS. It is spin.

If you purchase from an FFL, Armslist allows individuals to meet up. No BG check

Actually now that I think about it, I purchased an M92 PAP in the back of a wal mart parking lot before I left for basic and the laws passed in WA

There is one exception to this rule, and it's the greatest battlefield implement ever devised.

SPC(P) (Join to see) - They do require an FFL is the weapons is shipped across state lines.

1stSgt Nelson Kerr - If shipped, but I can meet a private seller and not go through an FFL. Example, I was 18 years old, bought an M92 AK-47 pistol in the back of a wal mart parking lot. No background checks were done (I was naive at the time)

PO1 William "Chip" Nagel - You can check all of the listings, almost everyone on there is a respectable gun owner. But I totally see where you come from
