Anyone who has paid attention to me (and I suspect that is scant few) know that I view bureaucracy as America's greatest threat and public sector employees unions as their weapon of mass destruction. Well, here they go again, flexing their muscle to take the teeth out of anything that might help correct the issues at the VA

I've been non union,union.Unions by far in my 10yr experience are better.With that said,Union members can be fired I've seen it.You have to do it by going through the proper process,and there are certain things that are automatic termination.It keeps us from being unjustly fired.If union members are failing it's because of weak leadership in the VA.What I'm saying is if the VA Administrative branch has a employee at any position that is showing a pattern of bad behaviour they can act alone with their Union counterparts period.So Unions aren't the problem weak leadership is.

And they wonder why there are so many that want to teach the establishment that we are fed up and are willing to take a chance on Trump for four years. Until we teach these Bozos that we will be heard, nothing will change.
