Man.....this is about to get good. Twitter is going to crash with the attacks on Flake. Damn and I just mentioned Flake on my last post on this last night. Wasn't expecting him to actually pull up and do something.

SSG Jessica Bautista Don’t get your hopes up. He’s pulled stunts like this before and crunch time voted party. The VP is what matters now. If they can keep 50 votes, it’s a done deal. 49 and Kav is back in DC as a regular federal judge with a grudge writing books. The Dems can win the ‘battle’ and still loose the war.

Oh, don't get me wrong, I don't trust any of their future votes. I want to see what the FBI brings back.

SSG Jessica Bautista - Honestly....not a damn thing. "But 27 years ago, when Anita Hill accused then-Supreme Court nominee Clarence Thomas of sexual harassment, the FBI investigated her claims, interviewed witnesses and completed its report in just two days". History is NOT on her side, and neither is congress. It's also "funny" how time has slid and one voice is in charge now "Despite now claiming this isn’t a job for the bureau, back in 1991, Hatch was in fact very supportive of the FBI’s probe into Hill’s claims. At the time he described it as “the very right thing to do. It was the appropriate thing to do". I wonder what changed in him? This may have been Hatch then vs. now, but again it goes back to the premise of politics and whatever "respect" they may have had for each other is LONG GONE, and you can see it further by the comments on this site along with damn near any other social media site. Cosby was sent to prison for rape. No problem with that, but like Kav, it was all on circumstantial evidence and testimony. Nothing was processed, no samples taken. You also had a deposition where he admitted to giving women drugs in the past to get them in bed. https://www.bustle.com/p/cosby-accuser-lili-bernard-responds-to-his-prison-sentence-with-mixed-emotions-12044759 I will not make an excuse nor find reasoning behind what he did or did not do, but at least partially, his money, fame, and "power" wasn't an asset to him. He was dead ass wrong in this, but like Kav, no physical evidence, just accusations for Kav, yet accusations again that fit a MO for Cosby. Some of these other women are also fitting a pattern where their stories are in some ways matching (ala Cosby and Weinstein who is still innocent until proven otherwise or buys his way out of prison) Cosby will appeal, not sure if he'll win, where in Kav's case, Ford, and any of the other women who say they were assaulted, they'll be pushed aside by BOTH parties. No chance at a retrial, can't sue, can't do anything to air their grievance other than be constantly disrespected in their personal and private lives. Even the Prosecutor who was hired to grill Ford said she felt she was "credible". I'll take that over any rank and file investigator being she more than likely was vetted beyond even what Kav went through for selection. Plus she got that impression with only five minutes available to ask a question. Imagine if she had the complete day to go to work on both of them? Funny how the one who went through multiple "Murder Boards" was the first to "crack" and "fire back" at critics, yet the one who was the "liar" was dead ass calm and "believable". Kav will make it, at what cost in the end and to whom?

How One Of The Women Who Accused Bill Cosby Of Sexual Assault Responded To His Sentence
In an interview with CNN on Thursday, one of Bill Cosby's accusers, Lili Bernard, expressed a whole gamut of emotions in response to his sentencing, saying that it was a "hallelujah moment" that came with "mixed emotions." Bernard, who accused the…
