Settlement will ease process for Army veterans looking to upgrade less-than-honorable discharges

This change just might help to decrease the suicide rate among Veterans. I think it’s a good change which takes into account Mental Health issues which were severe enough to cause discharge from the Military. Thank You COL (Join to see) for this update.

I can understand the review for veterans who were discharged due to mental health issues but this could be used by those who were discharged for other reasons to get unwarranted reviews and upgrades.
