Sexual misconduct in JROTC programs higher than previously reported

Since this is run by retired/former military, bring them back on active duty, court martial them and put them away permanently

They can't get the years election counted, but want us to believe their numbers on this?

MAJ Dale E. Wilson, Ph.D. Disgusting and totally unacceptable at every level. My guess is a cadet that is sexually assaulted while in JROTC is much less likely to join the military based on this experience alone.
