CPT Jack Durish To answer your question directly... Pretty much anyone who camps in National and State Parks, or National and State Forests, or private campgrounds that are within the natural range of of bears. They are not stupid animals. The refuse bins and improperly secured food of campers are gold mines to bears. They go to where the food is, and once they find food, that site is on their patrol route, probably for years.
