Bars - that's right, bars! - throughout Sheridan (Wyoming) are now sharing special beverage coasters with information about this #ReachOut2Me community campaign. The coaster, provided by the Sheridan VA Health Care System, includes the Veterans Crisis Line and information about it—particularly that it’s a resource for anyone who is concerned about a #veteran.
Kudos to CPO Kristina Miller and the rest of the Sheridan VA team who developed this #suicideprevention campaign.

Thanks for the share, Jason. We're really encouraged at the enthusiasm from the bars--many expressed interest in getting training for their staff to make even more of a difference. Stigma of suicide is the biggest barrier, in my opinion, so if my brothers and sisters out there know real individuals in the community are willing to be there to help because they put themselves out there on social media... well, I think that is a giant step toward de-stigmatizing it.
