Wow. On top of everything mentioned, they positioned themselves and staged in the fatal funnel. How long were they in the fatal funnel? Sloppy. Dangerous. Wrong.

I have fatal funnel issues so bad that even now, retired for 6 years, People and my pets trigger a PTSD response every time they step into a doorway and stop. I have two Hunting breed dogs, an English Setter and a Chocolate Lab, and both will stop half in and half out of a doorway in alert mode, drives me absolutely batshit crazy. Don't even get me started on people in museums and other cultural sites entering a room and just stopping to gawk at everything right in the doorway.

SSG Robert Perrotto - I agree, but for me that is just a courtesy thing. Step in; pause a beat - NO MORE; step to the side and let others through.

Jesus Christmas - did these fools even do ghost drills, glass houses, or any type of preparation for CQB? Seriously, there is absolutely no excuse for this level of incompetence, Muzzle awareness should be so ingrained into these troops no matter how green they are, they all graduated Basic and AIT. Even with Covid, we get issued a pro-mask, don the fuckers and train.
