You can also add a laser dot to your pistol. This will help you get rounds on the target very quickly. I use one on my carry weapon (Glock 27). It is built into the spring on the weapon (lasermax is the brand). It is very accurate. I practice shooting without actually using the sites as well as using them.

Means lots of practice required.
