If a person runs out in front of your self driving car, I would say let the car hit them since they are in the wrong. But at the same time, what if it's a child running after a ball and doesn't know any better?

PFC Al Sethre - There are cars now that brake automatically when there is an object in front of them, but I don't think it could detect a human fast enough.
