I find it amusing that the Dept of the Army would take a highly paid bureaucrat away from important earth shattering deliberations such as what bathrooms gender confused soldiers can use and spend millions staffing the concept of soldiers rolling up their sleeves. But then again, I can remember boots being visibly marked so they could see that everyone changed boots daily. I just don't understand it. Your trained and charged to make life changing decisions that effect the outcome of a mission and cause the loss of life, but can't decide to roll up your friggen sleeves when it gets to hot. Especially in Garrison where a CBR attack is not anticipated.

I think it's a decent morale booster, just like many things the SMA has done, but I don't think this will really make that much of a difference overall.
