What a great read this one is. They are missing a few items in it that bring out the full extent of the problems... but still - it does state the tip of the iceberg. And its not just a failure in the target audience aspects - it is a common TAA that is across the board and not a divided on that has some using strengths instead of weaknesses in their targeting and the wrong audiences. But it does miss a point on platforms - and the need to understand how an audience actually uses them to communicate as well.
