Actually...I know a lot of people will look at this and laugh, but it's not really all that funny when you think about it. (Putting aside the fact that spotters and snipers don't work like this.)
This is a clear projection of the threat to use deadly force on someone. The fact that it's being presented as a "prank" does not change that.
Had any of these individuals being "pranked" used deadly force in defense, the law would very likely have sided with them in the courts.
Think about it...Mr. Guy-In-The-Suit could have been killed for this and it would have been deemed "justifiable" because an intended prank victim perceived himself to be attacked and defended himself.
It's about as funny as the ones I've seen where a guy dressed up as a Muslim in stereotypical Islamic clothing walks up to a group of people and throws a backpack at them, then takes off running.
I've said it before...playing stupid games will win you stupid prizes. Quit being stupid.
