Yeah, the guy who wrote the scripts probably left the company three years ago and no one knew where they were or how they worked until someone went digging.

SPC Kevin Ford - I took programming and very few real programs are made by one person. There are normally teams. Things become out dated so fast that the time it takes one person is too long.
So this just adds to the complexity. Very few know all working parts of it, but few know portions with expert precision.
