I was never an Army rigger, SSG Robert Mark Odom, but I did a lot of civilian skydiving, so on 8JUN76 I was issued a Senior Parachute Rigger (Chest) certificate by the U.S. Department of Transportation, Federal Aviation Administration, which is still active and valid.
I learned how to sew and still can! I haven’t had to make any masks yet, although it seems like super sewing skills aren’t really needed to make them.
