The USA has more people living a more healthy life than any other country, but Bloomberg uses calculated weighted figures to diminish the great wealth and resources USA offers. Bloomberg does not credit the USA in developing the technology that makes the healthiest countries healthy. Bloomberg doesn't make allowances for the high mortality deaths of premature births in the USA. The infant mortality rates begin measurement at birth. Most countries outside the USA have a much lower "preemies" birth rates. The USA also promotes birth of children with physical handicaps. In other countries these babies are aborted. The mortality curve used in this heavily eschewed against the USA.
