Follow-up to my original post -- I was always under the impression that this was a fake decoy meant to fool the Japanese during WWII - at least that's what the local story implied. @

Those Old Hulls are Problematic to say the Least. The Old Lead Paint the Fuel (Oil, Old Navy, Diesel Fuel Mineral) I suspect.
