-we're in the third successive quarter where hourly employees wages have risen at twice the rate (2.6% vs 1.2%) or better than salaried executives.
-we're at near record levels of employment for minorities and youth.
-there are roughly 1.25 million more job openings than there are unemployed people seeking work.
