Study: Road rage incidents involving guns are increasing

As another has said, the bit about increased road rage incidents and the large number of CCW permits being somehow linked is not supported. IMO, the bottom line only reason for the article at all is to further the anti-gun agenda by implying there is a cause and effect. This 'fake news' will be cited by someone down the road, thereby reinforcing the anti gun argument. As I've said, if legal CCW permit holders were the problem, that bit of actual fact would be the lead in every story of every shooting since most media follows the Dems anti-gun line.

It was pointed out in the article that this is not a gun issue but a cultural issue. There seem to be a lot of entitled people who feel their they are special and the rest of us should pull to the side of the road and let them pass, as opposed to them assimilating into society and living by the rules.

This article talks about concealed carry permits but doesn't identify who is shooting as a result of road rage. That would be an interesting bit of data. My guess is the innuendo was posted because the facts don't support the biased opinion.

A comedian, I believe it was Gallagher, once suggested that every driver carry guns, dart guns, to shoot at people who cut them off or do other stupid things endangering others on the road. Then, after a car collects ten darts, the police issue a ticket for driving like an asshole. Wouldn't such a program give drivers a better way of venting road rage?
