If this goes through, we will see the slow unraveling of the the GCA. It has lots of clauses which can be shown to have disproportionate affect. Between Interstate Commerce, Age Discrimination, Racial Bias, etc, this should be interesting.

Yes, I agree with this action. If you are a United States Citizen, then it should not matter what State your are in to buy a firearm. My only concern is that I believe, in my opinion, that we should spend our resources on the Concealed Carry Reciprocity law. If you have a "drives license" to carry in one state, then it should be honored in all states. That needs to be fixed the most, IMHO.
