As the good LTC Stephen Curlee, points out...

“If he is executed, it would be the first death sentence carried out by the U.S. military since 1961. An execution would likely take place at the United States Penitentiary in Terre Haute, Indiana — the same facility where, in 2001, terrorist Timothy McVeigh was executed for the bombing of a federal building in Oklahoma City in 1995.”

Not gonna happen.

COL Charles Williams: I am not for the death penalty. And, that is a very hard stance to take sometimes; when I see results of what some criminals have done.

It's been a long time since he was convicted, COL Charles Williams, but he's still a really bad guy. It seems like all of his appeals are based on court technicalities and have nothing to do with whether he's guilty or not. He's still guilty and if it's time for him to go, then he needs to go.
