Texas tried to circumvent the constitution with their mandates thus closing most of the Abortion clinics in the state. Absolutely the right call.

Roe vs. Wade is not in the constitution, so it has absolutely nothing to do with that. It is legal precedent, but the constitution afforded for checks and balances. Abortion was never mentioned though.
