Supreme Court will hear challenge to EPA's 'good neighbor' rule that limits pollution

While I would love for every thing to be fair and safe the EPA is why there is so much less industry in the US today, either corporations have just plain closed doors or they shifted their production to other countries who don't have the environmental laws we have here, so the pollution still happens, just not here, and without jobs for us.
