I think most of us believe in the innocence of children. These photographs show many leaders as children, and for the most part, they look quite innocent. Some of the more infamous dictators look somewhat broken as children, especially Stalin, Goering, and Mengele.

Interesting photos of children that grew up to be leaders
while others were dictators and responsible for mass murder.
The photo of Adolf Hitler as a child does not give any indication
of his future as the Fuhrer of Nazi Germany.

I agree wholeheartedly! Stalin as a young lad looks haughty and ornery, however.
