His crime can be proven pretty, after all there are many witnesses and multiple recordings of him committing the terrorist act easy the man who was exonerated at trial for her murderer could not be.
You do understand what a not guilty jury verdict is don't you?
What secret evidence do you have that the Jury did not?

Cpl Jeff N.
Zarate was in possession of a stolen weapon which in his possession discharged a bullet that killed Kate Steinle. He is a multi count felon in possession of a weapon. That makes him guilty, period, of at least manslaughter. This was another case of the system not meting out justice, plain and simple.
Let's see of this driver makes claims about a stuck gas pedal, inoperative brakes and other garbage to try to get away with the murder/manslaughter.
We seem more focused on court room legal wrangling than justice for victims these days. You ought to be able to see that in both of these cases but you are so blinded by your dogmatic political views you cannot see that both of these victims deserve(d) justice.
