Tried with stop an frisk, ruled it was racial profiling.

Maj Robert Thornton - I objected to "stop and frisk" as an unconstitutional warrantless search. Any objection on "racial profiling" grounds could be resolved by merely broadening the offense to include more White, Hispanic, and Asian victims of that 4th Amendment violation.
