Yeah that seems like a fair sentence NOT! How about "held in a juvenile facility until age 21 and then transferred to an adult facility at the discretion of the DOC to complete a term of 20 years to life.

Get mad at the politicians that pushed the law. They are charged in accordance with laws on the book.

True, but the District Attorney is the only one to blame even if they were under pressure. Would you do the "wrong thing" even if someone was making life tough for you? I bet you wouldn't.

I say the only plea deal murderers should get is either burned at the stake or draw and quartering. My preference is for burning at the stake. But, they should be allowed to argue for the other one.
