LTC Eric Udouj I think this is playing right into the hands of Iran & Turkey. They are forging a bond. I can see them trying to carve out the northern end of Iraq so that Iran is directly attached to Syria. This solves the Kurd 'problem' and allows for a gateway for Iran to come in and try to end Syria, with Turkey's help.
