This is both a very interesting and important read. The issue is still unresolved as to how Finland will proceed - since it still must be approved. Finland did not perceive itself really as a part of the war - even though they have some forces training others in it. And yet the war returned to Finland..

I wonder why Finland and the rest of Europe had to watch/grow due to so called extremists within Islam? To enlarge the government? To destroy culture? Are those being watched on the government sugar tit as well? Which grows government even more?
The problem is the Koran and Mosques. ISIS is following Muhammad's orders.

Hopefully, change will occur in Finland's justice system; however, I get the impression terrorist could careless about judicial consequence.
