TX has since given up on this idea.

The key idea I agree with is campaign finance reform. The rest will never occur because you will not get 38 states to agree to any of the amendment changes he suggested (1, 2, 4, 10), nor to how taxes are primarily federal in nature. But campaign finance reform is something that ties into everything as he mentioned and would fix a lot of issues.

I would go a step further and say that no one can donate directly to a candidate and instead all donations go to a general election fund. From this fund equal amounts are given to primary candidates who meet the primary candidate retirements. After the primaries, each of the remaining candidates receive an equal general election amount. This might run into issues since the supreme court says that donations are a 1st amendment right, so my idea violates the first amendment, but I disagree, I don't think giving money is freedom of speech.

Other wise his idea that only people can donate and only once for a set amount is good, although again that goes against what the supreme court has ruled regarding campaign donations and the 1st amendment.
