I hope he limited his bet to Texas. I don't know about the Lone Star State but there's plenty of evidence of fraud in some other states

So, how is this a desperation bribe? If there is valid proof of election voter fraud, to either side, shouldn’t it be important and rewarding for it to be exposed?
