Texas had the largest recorded voter turnout in the last 2 general elections with NO evidence of result altering fraud! None!
Why make it harder now?

SGM Erik Marquez - Diligent review of this January 2019 article shows there was some VERY questionable information given out.
Example:
"However, the Texas director of elections warns the lists provided to county elections officials represent “WEAK matches” (the capitalization and emphasis is the state’s) and does not account for the possibility that many people on the list may have simply become naturalized citizens after having obtained a driver’s license"

My point is, both camps extremes are just nonsense:
The "nope, no voter fraud happens, this is just GOP Jim Crow, blah blah"
And the " OMG voter fraud is rampant 230 gazillion fraud votes happened in just one election stolen"

Voter ID is not racist.
Ensuring only eligible citizens vote is not racist.
And those working so hard to make it easier for non-eligible people to vote are part of the problem.

SGM Erik Marquez - I agree on the voter id. You have to have an id to do anything else in the US. If you buy a gun (exercising your 2nd amendment rights) you have to show Government issued ID, fill out paper work (even if you are already an approved concealed carry or firearms instructor). You have to have an ID to register your car...you have to have an ID to do any banking...so what is the deal with voter ID at the polls...the big deal is right now people can commit fraud...the id closes that loophole and it is not racist to ask for one.

And other red states have ALL MAIL IN VOTING. I totally concur with MSG Hutchison. This is nothing but a pathetic attempt by far-far right party to retain power against the people's will.

"Despite the insistence of liberals that voter fraud just doesn’t happen, an astounding number of registered voters in Texas were just revealed to be non-citizens.

After a nearly year-long investigation into voter fraud, Texas Secretary of State David Whitley announced the results on Friday, revealing that 95,000 non-citizens were currently registered to vote in the state with 58,000 of them having voted in one or more election"

How much voter fraud are you ok with?
Is voter fraud ok with you if it supports your position or candidate?

SGM Erik Marquez - See my response above, showing that claim was nonsense also.

Who would’ve thought increased voter turnout would lead to partisan claims of fraud and restrictive laws by the side that only lost the presidential election. Real fraud would’ve ensured a lot more Congressional Republicans had lost.

MAJ James Woods - 58,000 minus "tens of thousands" leaves how many thousands of fraudulent illegal votes? Do you even care?

SGM Erik Marquez 58,000 minus tens of thousands = several thousand out of millions of ballots that need to be scrutinized. Do I care? Yeah i care about facts. Like the fact the 58,000 doesn’t represent 2020 election but total number falsely identified from elections going back to 1996. That misleading claiming of 58,000 over 25 years minus tens of thousands means incredibly small amount of voter fraud and voter error. So yeah. Your faux outrage is noted.
