Seeing as how former president Obama was tweeting during his presidency, I don't see how this has anything to do with president Trump or the media. Unless you are talking about the more controversial tweets.

Hmm... if you go back and look at Obama's Tweets https://twitter.com/BarackObama/, the majority during his presidency were pretty much administration promotionals (graphics, short videos) that were fairly impersonal. One would hope others know the difference between those and the more personal Tweets President Trump issues.
