This is one of those articles that you are going to want to read - and probably want to share it. Outstanding! The leadership and the investigations points are just spot on target.....

Great share and perspective on this SMJ article by BG (Ret.) Bolduc. He brings real Operational experience and insight into reasons that Army leadership fails to develop subordinates to really undertake Mission Command. That is critical to empowering subordinates to take the initiative and complete their missions. Highly recommend this article.

Excellent article and I enjoyed it. Would have loved to seen him mention training, since that is what always seems to get cut during budget constraints. And more on "cradle to grave" understanding (don't just buy the capability--buy the logistics and training at the same time). Thank you!
