All aircraft eventually retire, just don't make it the A-10 before a replacement is built, and that replacement isn't an F-35!

They would be stupid to retire the A-10. And no, the F-35 is NOT anywhere close to an adequate replacement.

A new larger version of the A10 is being produced, the plans to remove the A10 also are no longer. There is no other aircraft capable of doing what the A1o does and also surviving combat battle damage the way that aircraft can.
