I expect cost...maybe tat other one I'd sent in about the VA court ruling on generalizing and liberalizing pain claims, just a thought...one would've thought such an obvious notion would've occurring d to all svcs, for all combat related training long before now, that much is certainly true...now if the geniuses involved would actually include chiropractic, anesthesiology/pain mgmt, and osteopathic manipulative therapy (OMT), not just orthopedics and rehab !ed/physiatry, as well as OT/PT, aside from the nutrition aspect, then I suppose I'd be really impressed, you know?

Then, too, if they'd seek to assign USPHS and USCG Auxiliary clinical staff as well, that'd be even more fwd thinking....
