The Blanket Ban on Felons Possessing Firearms Is Unconstitutional

I read another story on this topic earlier. In that case it was a "deadbeat" dad that was already incarcerated because of a gun conviction. The "dad" did not win His case. Is there a difference? I think so.

I have a tenant who is a convicted felon with a firearm. His aunt approached me about renting to him. I ran a background check and found he was not a sex offender, so I rented to him. He's been with me for 16 months and has paid his rent every month even though the governor says no one can be evicted due to lack of payment. Also, the other tenants haven't complained; which is a first.
