I am certainly not a fan of genocide or any other attempts to erase a people, however I will make an exception in this case..

This group should not have even been allowed to exist. Now it needs to be completely wiped from the face of the Earth to send a message to all the other groups.

It can not get wiped out. It is an ideology from Islam's perfect man and backed up by the one true god of the Kaaba.
Pressue, other than physical, has to be applied.
Allowing such groups to grow when the Shia do not do what you want is part of the problem.
